iceclue is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every member and visitor. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what your rights are as a data subject.
All personal data is encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure.
iceclue does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by iceclue at any time.
iceclue processes personal data only on lawful bases — contract fulfilment, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or consent.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by applicable law and licensing obligations.
For any privacy query or data subject request, contact iceclue directly at support@iceclue.net. Response within 2 business hours.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how iceclue ("we", "us", "our") collects, processes, stores, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you", "your") who use or visit the iceclue Platform at https://iceclue.net, including all products and services offered under the iceclue brand — Sportsbook, Slots, Live Casino, Arcade, and Mix Parlay.
This Policy applies to all iceclue Members, prospective Members who browse the Platform without registering, and individuals who contact iceclue through any support channel. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, you should not use the iceclue Platform.
This Policy should be read alongside the iceclue Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and product-specific data notices, the more specific notice shall take precedence.
The data controller responsible for processing your personal data in connection with the iceclue Platform is the operating entity behind iceclue, licensed under international gaming authority licensing. As the data controller, iceclue determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is accountable for ensuring that processing is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
For all data protection queries, subject access requests, or complaints, you may contact iceclue at: support@iceclue.net. iceclue will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
When you create an iceclue Account, we collect: full legal name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, and the password you set (stored in hashed form — never in plain text). This data is necessary to establish your account and verify basic eligibility.
To comply with our international gaming authority licensing obligations, iceclue collects identity verification documents including: a copy of your government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (where required), and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. This data is processed for KYC compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes.
iceclue collects information about your financial transactions on the Platform, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, payment method identifiers (e.g., e-wallet account reference numbers or bank account last four digits), and transaction timestamps. We do not store full payment card numbers or payment instrument credentials — these are processed directly by our licensed payment service providers.
iceclue records your betting and gaming activity on the Platform, including: bet history, game session logs, wagering amounts, win/loss records, product usage patterns, and bonus redemption history. This data is necessary for account management, responsible gaming monitoring, dispute resolution, and regulatory reporting.
When you access iceclue, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type (mobile, desktop, tablet), referral URL, pages visited, time and duration of sessions, and error logs. This data is used for Platform security, fraud prevention, and performance optimisation.
If you contact iceclue support via live chat or email, we retain records of those communications — including the content of messages, timestamps, and resolution outcomes — for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes.

iceclue uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
iceclue processes your personal data on the following lawful bases:
iceclue shares necessary transaction data with licensed payment service providers to process your deposits and withdrawals — including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, and other approved providers. These processors receive only the data necessary to execute the specific transaction and are contractually bound to process it only for that purpose.
Some game products on the iceclue Platform are delivered by third-party studio providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming). These providers may receive a session token and anonymised identifier to authenticate your game session. iceclue does not share your full registration data with game providers.
iceclue may disclose your personal data to its international gaming authority licensor, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or courts where required by law, court order, regulatory instruction, or where iceclue has a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, protect person safety, or protect iceclue's legal rights.
iceclue does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Your data is used only for the purposes described in this Policy.

7.2 iceclue uses the following categories of cookies:
7.3 You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the Platform, including logging in. iceclue does not serve third-party advertising cookies.
8.1 iceclue retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and our licensing obligations. The standard retention periods applicable to each data category are set out in the table in Clause 3.
8.2 Where an Account is closed — whether at the Member's request or by iceclue — we retain the personal data associated with that Account for a minimum period determined by our licensing authority's record-keeping requirements, typically five (5) to seven (7) years post-closure, to support regulatory audits, dispute resolution, and AML obligations.
8.3 At the end of applicable retention periods, iceclue securely deletes or anonymises personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
9.1 iceclue implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

The iceclue Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. iceclue does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process for all registered Members.
If iceclue becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from an individual under the age of 21, it will suspend the associated Account, delete the data promptly, and return any deposits to the payment source. If you believe a minor has registered an Account on the iceclue Platform, please contact us immediately at support@iceclue.net.
12.1 iceclue's Platform infrastructure and third-party service providers may involve the transfer of personal data to jurisdictions outside Malaysia. Where such transfers occur, iceclue ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, which may include data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent legal mechanisms.
12.2 iceclue's game studio providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming) may operate game servers in jurisdictions other than Malaysia. Only the minimum data necessary for session authentication is transferred to these providers; full Member profiles are not shared.
13.1 iceclue may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or push notifications about Platform offers, new products, and bonus opportunities. Marketing communications are sent only to Members who have not opted out at the point of registration or subsequently.
13.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by: (a) updating your communication preferences in your iceclue Account settings; or (b) contacting support at support@iceclue.net with a request to unsubscribe. Opt-out requests will be processed within 5 business days. Note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications (e.g., deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, account security alerts), which are necessary for service delivery.
14.1 iceclue reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or our international gaming authority licensing requirements. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
