In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account, logging in, or placing a Bet on iceclue, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the iceclue Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iceclue. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an Account or use the Platform.
2.3 iceclue reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with iceclue. This is a strict requirement enforced under our international gaming authority licensing obligations. iceclue will request age verification documents as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment source, minus any bonus credits.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active iceclue Account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, iceclue reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed on duplicate accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all subsequent points where iceclue requests information from you. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.
iceclue services are offered to eligible residents of permitted jurisdictions only. iceclue reserves the right to decline registration or suspend accounts from jurisdictions that are subject to licensing or legal restrictions. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your iceclue Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. iceclue will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
You must notify iceclue immediately at support@iceclue.net if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. iceclue will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.
iceclue is required under its international gaming authority licensing to verify the identity of Members before processing withdrawals above minimum threshold amounts. You agree to provide any documents or information requested during the KYC process, including government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being withheld pending successful verification.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. iceclue reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant Account balances after written notice to the registered email address. Members may reactivate their accounts by contacting support.
iceclue accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Deposits to iceclue via e-wallet methods (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed and credited to your Account balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during normal banking hours. iceclue does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes of a verified request. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1 to 3 hours during business hours. iceclue reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk controls, which may extend processing time. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the Member's own name.
iceclue will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Withdrawal requests will only be approved after the Member's KYC verification has been completed. iceclue reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts under AML obligations.
Members must not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their payment provider in relation to iceclue transactions. Any chargeback request will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. iceclue reserves the right to withhold Account balances and pursue recovery of any chargeback amounts through all available legal mechanisms.
6.1 All Bets placed on iceclue are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Arcade, and Mix Parlay rules are published separately within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
6.2 iceclue reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its discretion, including but not limited to: Bets placed after an event has commenced where real-time data errors may have affected odds; Bets placed on behalf of another person; Bets that appear to constitute match-fixing or fraud; and Bets that exceed advertised maximum stake limits.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or betting event, iceclue will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game provider's published malfunction policy. Bets affected by confirmed technical malfunctions may be voided and stakes returned.
6.4 iceclue's decision in all betting disputes is final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in Clause 15.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by iceclue are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are stated on each individual promotion page.
7.3 iceclue reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already claimed a bonus, iceclue will endeavour to honour completed wagering at the point of cancellation.
7.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting errors in bonus terms, or using automated systems to generate bonus turnover — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.
8.1 iceclue is committed to responsible gaming practices as a core obligation under its international gaming authority licensing. iceclue provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible from the account settings panel:
8.2 Age Restriction: iceclue strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all gaming products. Where iceclue has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending identity verification. Any winnings generated during a period of underage use will be forfeited.
8.3 Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to self-exclude from iceclue may do so by (a) using the self-exclusion tool in account settings, or (b) contacting iceclue support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, iceclue will use all reasonable means to prevent the excluded Member from accessing their Account, including blocking registration attempts using the same identity details.
8.4 iceclue does not extend credit to Members in any form. Members may only bet funds that have been deposited into their Account balance. iceclue does not encourage Members to fund gambling activity through borrowed money or funds required for essential living expenses.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following on the iceclue Platform:
Violations of this Clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
10.1 All content on the iceclue Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive property of iceclue or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without iceclue's prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iceclue shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, whether or not iceclue has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
11.2 iceclue's total aggregate liability to a Member under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 iceclue makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. iceclue is not responsible for any loss of data, interruption to service, or other damage caused by connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service provider outages.
12.1 Members may close their iceclue Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Account balance (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used verified payment method.
12.2 iceclue reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold balances pending investigation, where iceclue has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by regulatory obligation.
12.3 Upon Account termination, all licence rights granted to the Member under these Terms & Conditions cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Clauses 9, 10, 11, and 13.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iceclue holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law provisions applicable to Members in specific territories.
13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet or game outcome, the Member must contact iceclue support within 30 days of the disputed event. iceclue will conduct an internal review and provide a written determination within 14 business days. If the Member is not satisfied with the determination, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
14.1 iceclue may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where revisions are material, iceclue will provide notice via email to registered Members and/or a prominent on-site notification at least 7 days prior to the revised terms taking effect, except where immediate revision is required by regulatory mandate.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
